Important Note for 2017-Current Transmission Tuning - For 2017+, GM heavily encrypted its 8-speed Automatic transmission computer modules. In order for this module to be tunable, it needs to go through an unlock procedure through HP Tuners. You can still get the engine tune from us without going through this service. If you want our Overkill transmission tuning as well, you need to go through this separate and unavoidable service through HP Tuners before we can tune the transmission computer on 2017-current 8-speed automatics. Autocal Handheld: The best way for us to provide tuning for your 2016+ Camaro is through our Autocal handheld system. The Autocal handheld allows you to take the handheld to the vehicle, read the factory file, upload our Overkill tunes and provide scan data using just the handheld unit inside the vehicle. Return to stock calibration whenever you want, apply updates and retunes easily through email with us and Overkill retuning is available at no charge for as long as you own your vehicle. You'll need a computer that can run a windows based program and has a USB port to transfer files to and from the handheld.

Our 80mm throttle body solution is now available for the LGX 3.6 motor, in combination with a ported intake manifold! The factory 72mm throttle body is small for an engine of this size which limits airflow, and we've documented an 11 horsepower gain just from the throttle body upgrade on 3.6 engines. For the LGX, we've combined it with a matching ported intake manifold. Along with opening the inlet of the manifold to 80mm, porting work is done to the individual cylinder ports to remove plastic casting imperfections and improve the airflow. Combined, the throttle body and manifold should be worth 15-20 wheel horsepower gain on most vehicles.
